What is a creative exchange

At the Hyde Park Art Center, we chose to expand our exchange from poems and notes to be more open-ended.  Cream Co. has a tradition of collecting data, documenting a specific time and place.  We provided some examples and paper. We received all sorts of things: recipes for tomatoes, illustrated ideas, recipes without tomatoes, meditations on tomatoes, gestural sketches, sketches of the plants for trade, and playful writings.
